OUR GROUP FITNESS SESSION PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.
Unlike any other club, Gym8Q8 has a strict rule on the ratio of members to instructors in each class. This enables our instructors to offer to each and every member in the class the instruction and motivation they deserve. You will not be left behind or held back.
Your exercise program can be made up of Personal Training sessions, Group Fitness sessions, Gym Membership only or any combination of the three.
